We would like to share with you the pathway of the initiative ”Citizen within 31 Hour” over the past year
In 2020, in cooperation with the Lithuanian Free Market Institute we were working on one unique educational programme – Citizen within 31 Hour. This is an integrated material for lessons on economics, ethics and civil education dedicated to students and teachers alike.
We are very happy to note that over the last year the programme, currently used by over 600 teachers all across Lithuania, has been supplemented with electronic exercises for students of grades 9 to 12! At present there are 27 teachers and 6,400 students from various Lithuanian schools who are testing out the programme supplemented with exercises. As of the next year, all teachers from Lithuania will get a free access to the whole body of exercises via www.emapamokos.lt platform.
We are proud to be able to contribute to yet more interesting and creative lessons on economics, ethics and civil education for students and, while doing so, remind of the importance of economic literacy.
